Product requirements for mechanical greases:
1, high temperature resistance: high temperature grease should meet at least 200°C long-term work will not be lost, many grease to drop point to express high temperature propaganda, temperature resistance of 300 degrees and so on. In fact, the drop point does not represent the temperature of the grease. For example, a brand of high temperature grease does not have a drop point, but the actual use is generally not more than 200 degrees, in actual use, more important is high temperature stability, such as: oil volatility, high temperature shear stability (that is, the degree of grease thinning when the bearing runs at high temperature) and other comprehensive performance;
2, water vapor environmental impact: resistance to water and water vapor, especially at high temperatures, high temperature grease must not be emulsified in water, do not dissolve, do not absorb water, and its components do not hydrolysis;
3, oxidation resistance: high temperature grease must have good oxidation stability, grease in high temperature environment in contact with the air, will not be quickly oxidized to produce oxides, to avoid coking carbon.
The role of grease reduces mechanical friction to prevent metal corrosion: the grease we often use is actually a lubricating oil made of thickening agent and base oil, which is more viscous than ordinary lubricating oil, so it is easier to stick to the surface that needs lubrication and will not flow easily, mainly to reduce mechanical friction and prevent wear of parts. First, calcium base grease
Calcium grease is cheap and easy to obtain, has been often used by us, is characterized by high temperature resistance, easy flow, poor weather resistance.

Second, ordinary lithium grease

Three, high temperature lithium grease
