First, improper installation and operation
The installation of the hydraulic system (GX) has strict requirements and standards, if the installation is improper, it will lead to the dislocation of the pipeline, deformation, lack of rubber gaskets, etc., resulting in oil leakage. When installing the hydraulic system (GX), it is necessary to pay attention to the collocation of pipes, choose the appropriate pipes and materials, and pay attention to the strength and order of the fastening screws to ensure that the pipes are tightly connected and will not warp and deform. There are often oil leaks caused by inappropriate assembly or improper maintenance of relevant parts, such as bruises, burrs, and paint appearing in the combination part between the box and the box cover, resulting in a loose fit of the combination surface. The sealing paper pad is not covered or the cover plate sealing paper pad is damaged, and the sealing ring is scratched and damaged during the disassembly process, which will cause oil leakage.

  1. Improper processing of system components
    For example, when multiple O-rings (Liquid-O-Ring) exist on the same plane, there may be different size specifications, and there are two mounting slots with grooves and stoppers. Other causes of oil leakage, including the small size of the stop, the pressure of the end face is not enough, the O-ring (Liquid-O-Ring) comes out when working, the compression is not uniform, the plane and the screw hole are not vertical, the joint surface is not parallel, the edge of the groove is too thin, the finish of the joint surface is too poor, and the phenomenon of curling after the force is generated, which will cause a certain degree of oil leakage. In addition, if the valve body plane and the screw hole are not vertical, the two sealing surfaces of the joint body are not parallel in the plane seal, these will cause oil leakage, the sealing surface of the valve body or the joint body will be scratched, smashed and other problems, and it is also easy to cause oil leakage.
  2. Aging of system seals
    The seals in the hydraulic system (GX) are generally made of rubber or plastic and other materials, which will age and harden after long-term use due to the influence of hydraulic oil (PM5000) and changes in the use environment, resulting in seal failure and resulting in oil leakage. In this case, you need to replace the seal to restore the sealing performance.
  3. System component failure
    The pressure relief valve of the hydraulic system is generally used to protect the system. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the pressure relief valve will automatically open and discharge the excess hydraulic oil. If the pressure relief valve fails or leaks, it will cause the system to leak oil. In this case, you need to replace the pressure relief valve or repair the pressure relief valve. Oil seals in hydraulic systems are often used to isolate and protect the oil and hydraulic oil (PM5000) inside the machine. When the oil seal is contaminated or damaged, it will lead to hydraulic oil leakage. At this time, the oil seal needs to be replaced, and the hydraulic system should be cleaned and blow-down before replacement.
  4. System components are damaged
    Pipelines in hydraulic systems are generally made of metal, and their surfaces are often subject to friction and wear. When the surface of the tubing is worn, there will be small cracks or holes, resulting in oil leakage. At this point, the pipeline needs to be replaced, or the pipeline needs to be repaired by grinding.
  5. Other reasons
    The causes of oil leakage of hydraulic system also include aging of oil seal caused by high temperature, pollution caused by improper oil maintenance, and leakage caused by excessive system pressure. Solutions include temperature control, regular oil replacement, installation of pressure reducing valves, etc.
